  1. When can I avail the promo?

  2. Who can join?

    • Open to all legal age (18 years old and above) Smart Padala customers who send remittance at Expresspay, Palawan Pawnshop, PossibleNet, SM, Bayad Center, Robinsons, & ECPay branches nationwide.
    • One (1) Smart Padala remittance transaction with any amount sent entitles customers to one (1) raffle entry.
    • Only transactions made within the promo period will be considered qualified entries. Deadline of submission of entries is October 31, 2018, 11:59 PM.


  3. How to register and send my raffle entries?

    • To register for free, customer must text via SMS the syntax below.

      • Registration Syntax:SMARTPADALA<space>REG<space>Full Name/Age/Address
      • Sample Entry:SMARTPADALA REG Jose Cruz/60/1 Gilmore St. QC
      • Send for FREE to:2948 for Smart, Talk N Text, & Sun
        2117 for Globe & TM

    • Only one registration per SIM is allowed.
    • Open for all networks.
    • A notification message will be received by the subscriber upon successful registration.


    1. To earn a raffle entry after registration, customer needs to text via SMS for every remittance transaction.

        2117 for Globe & TM

    • One mobile number can send multiple number of raffle entries.
    • Raffle entries with the correct syntax will receive a confirmation message of their entries.
    • Raffle entries with incorrect syntax, customers will also receive a notification message stating that the entry is invalid.


  4. What are the prizes?

    • 60 winners of Samsung J2 Pro
      • Prizes are non-convertible to cash
    • 30 winners of P10,000 Cash
      • Prizes are tax-free and will be shouldered by PayMaya Philippines, Inc.

  6. How many times can a subscriber win?

    • Winners can only win once every raffle period.
    • If a winner is drawn more than once during a raffle period, he/she gets the prize of higher value.
    • Non-winning entries are not qualified for the succeeding draws.
    • Code (reference number) must be sent within its transaction period.


  7. Are prizes transferable or convertible to cash?

    • Samsung J2 Pro prizes are non-convertible to cash.
    • Prizes are tax-free and will be shouldered by PayMaya Philippines, Inc.


  8. How will the winners be notified?

    • Raffle draw will be held at 3F Media Resource Plaza, Mola Cor. Pasong Tirad Sts., La Paz, Makati City.
    • Winners will be notified through registered mail and a phone call.
    • Prize winners with no response to the winning notification letter and call out after 60 business days from receipt of notification will be deemed to have forfeited their right to the relevant prize without compensation, and Smart Padala may then award such prize to another eligible participant drawn from the pool of valid entries with prior DTI approval.
    • Announcement of winning entries and the complete list of winners for all raffle periods shall be posted in Smart Padala’s official media accounts (https://www.facebook.com/SmartPadalaPH/).
    • Smart Padala reserves the right to use the names of the winners for publicity and promotion purposes without further compensation.


  9. How do I claim my prize?

    • Winners shall bear any and all expenses (i.e. transportation and lodging) in claiming his/her prize.
    • To claim the prize, the winner must show the following:
      • Photocopy of the registered notice
      • Original and photocopy of two (2) valid (i.e. government-issued / employee / school) IDs with picture (back-to-back)


  10. What if I’m not available to personally claim my prize?

    • You may send a representative to claim your prize. Please make sure to have them bring the following:
      • Registered notice
      • Winner’s original and photocopy of two (2) valid (i.e. government-issued / employee / school) IDs with picture (back-to-back)
      • Letter of authorization from the winner
      • One (1) valid ID of the representative


  11. When and how can I claim the prize?

    • You can claim your prize within 60 days after the notification. Kindly note that unclaimed prizes after 60 days from date of notice will be forfeited.
    • Metro Manila winners of Samsung J2 Pro and P10,000 Cash can claim their prize in Megamobile office at 3F Media Resource Plaza, Mola Cor. Pasong Tirad Sts. La Paz, Makati City
    • Provincial winners of Samsung J2 Pro will be delivered on the registered address
    • Provincial winners of P10,000 Cash can claim their prize at their preferred authorized Smart Padala outlet


  12. Who are NOT qualified or eligible to join the promo?

    • All employees of Philippine Long Distance Telephone, Inc., Smart Communications, Inc., Voyager Innovations, Inc., PayMaya Philippines, Inc., Globe Telecom, Megamobile, Inc., including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
    • Smart Padala reserves the right to refuse the awarding of prizes to customers that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system of weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
