  1. Paano mag-send at mag-receive ng pera through a Smart Padala Agent?

    There are two ways to choose from:

    DIRECT TO ANOTHER SMART PADALA AGENT

    • 1. Mag-fill out ng transaction slip at i-present ang one (1) valid ID.1. Mag-fill out ng transaction slip at isulat ang natanggap na reference number. Mag-present rin ng one (1) valid ID sa pag-claim ng remittance.
    • 2. Ibigay ang transaction slip sa Smart Padala agent kasama ng mobile number ng receiver. Iabot ang pera at ang corresponding service fee sa agent.2. Ipakita sa agent ang natanggap na confirmation text containing the reference number.
    • 3. Confirm your transaction slip. I-double check ang details and sign your transaction slip. Your receiver will receive a confirmation text message with a Reference No. Your Padala is now successful!3. Confirm your transaction slip. Pirmahan and receive your transaction slip. Siguraduhing tama at kumpleto ang natanggap na pera. Libre ang pag-claim!

      • 1. Para magpadala ng pera gamit ang Smart Money, pumunta sa Smart Menu at piliin ang Smart Money.
      • 2. Piliin ang Transfer and press OK.
      • 3. Piliin ang Others and press OK.
      • 4. I-enter ang mobile number ng receiver or Smart Money account number and press OK.

        *Note: Kapag hindi mahanap ang "Enter Mobile No." sa screen, i-text ang UPDATE MONEY to 343.
      • 5. Press OK kapag ang "Transfer from?" appears on the screen.







      1. Makakatanggap ka ng confirmation text message from Smart Padala na may natanggap ka nang padala.
      • 6. Pumili sa list ng Smart Money Card names and press OK.
      • 7. I-enter ang amount na ipapadala. Gamit ang # instead of a decimal point. Ex: Para i-enter ang 100.50, i-type ang 100#50.

        *Note: Pwede ka magpadala up to P10,000.
      • 8. Lalabas ang confirmation ng transaction mo. Validate na tama ang amount at receiver details, and press OK.
      • 9. I-enter ang 6-digit W-PIN and press OK.
      • 10. Ikaw ay makakatanggap ng free text message na nagsasabi na successful ang iyong transaction.

  4. Magkano ang magpatop-up o mag-encash sa Smart Padala agents using my Smart Money account?

    Effective August 1, 2017, ang fees para mag top-up o mag-encash gamit ang iyong Smart Money at any Smart Padala agent ay P15 for the first P1,000. Magdagdag lang ng P7.50 for every additional P500 na top-up o encashment amount. Walang charge o fee sa pagtanggap ng funds sa Smart Money. See top-up and encashment fees below:

  7. Paano kung wala ako natanggap na text ng Reference Number ko o kung nabura ko ang text message na may Reference Number?

    Madali lang! Kapag ikaw ay Smart/TNT Subscriber, i-text ang CHECK <space> PADALA to 8890 para makuha ang iyong Reference Number.

      Tandaan, magdala ng one (1) Valid ID. For list of valid IDs, click here.

  7. Maaari ba mag-verify kung tama ang Reference No?

    I-text ang CHECK <space> <Reference No.> (Ex. CHECK 1234567890) at i-send to 8890 gamit ang cellphone na naka-link sa iyong Smart Money account. Walang charges sa pag-verify.

  9. Paano mag-process ng encashment ng international remittance from Transfast?

    1. Ipa-fill-up ang Smart Padala transaction slip sa customer kung saan dapat ilagay ang Transfast reference number. Hingin sa customer ang valid ID.
    2. Text TRANSFAST <space> <Transfast Reference Number> at i-send to 8890
    3. Makakatanggap ng confirmation message from 8890 na may detalye ng customer at remittance amount.
    4. I-validate kung pareho ang customer details sa SMS and ID of customer.
    5. If correct, text OK <space> <Beneficiary’s Mobile #> at i-send to 8890.
      *Pwede mag-claim for all mobile networks
    6. Ibigay ang pera at transaction slip sa customer.

    Reminder: Libre ang pag-claim ni customer! Ang commission mo ay automatic na credited to your account.

  10. May natanggap ako na Reference Numbers na nagsisimula sa 08 at 53. Ito ba ay Valid Reference Numbers?
